A legacy of the “Incontriamoci!” project, the Italian language course aims to support foreign adults in learning Italian as a key tool for social integration and economic independence.

Missione Calcutta offers free Italian language course for foreign adults—mostly women—who have recently arrived in Italy or are preparing for the A2 language certification. Participants are primarily from Africa and Asia and often have complex migration backgrounds.

The course, led by experienced teachers with many years of teaching Italian as a second language, is designed to provide essential linguistic and cultural knowledge to help participants navigate their new environment and achieve a satisfactory level of personal and economic autonomy.
