Members are hereby informed that on 10 March 2026 the Board of Directors of this organization approved the transformative merger plan by incorporation into CEFA ETS of this organization, subject to the prior transformation of the incorporating entity into a participatory foundation, and jointly and conditionally with the incorporation into the same entity of the following participating organizations: No One Out ETS, Apurimac ETS, Amici dei Popoli ETS, Centro Mondialità Sviluppo Reciproco Odv Ong ETS.

During the same meeting, the Extraordinary General Assembly of Members was convened for 24 April 2026 at Via Nazionale Toscana 1 – San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna), as stated in the notice of meeting dated 12/03/2026.

The merger plan is currently being registered with the National Single Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS). The complete merger documentation has been deposited at the registered office of our organization in Scanzorosciate (BG), Via Ambrosoli No. 7, and at the operational office in Bergamo, Via Newton 2A, and is available for inspection by members.
