JYOTHI BHAVAN SCHOOL
Institute for Disabled Children
The school was built by the Diocese of Warangal and donated to the Sisters of the Indigent, who care for 94 children with mental and physical disabilities.
The sisters assist the children with physiotherapy and give lessons, just like at school: in groups, for less severe cases, or individually, in order to recover and develop the motor and mental abilities of the guests.
Missione Calcutta has been supporting the centre since 2006 by covering part of the food expenses.
