The Universal Civil Service (UCC) is an international volunteering opportunity provided by the National Civil Service. The initiative is managed by the National Civil Service Office (UNSC), under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department for Youth Policy and Universal Civil Service. The Civil Service abroad gives young volunteers the opportunity to carry out a period of voluntary service not only in Italy but also in foreign locations, working with local communities to
become peacemakers.
